Note:If you have a Key with one medical profile, choose MedicKey Gold. If you have a Key with 6 medical profiles, choose MedicKey Family. Chosing the wrong upgrade can result in information loss! If your Key is older than version 3.2 please send us an email to info@medickey.com so we can help you with your upgrade process.

Please be sure that you Key is plugged in before downloading. Once the download is selected, Windows may ask you to select "Run" to install. You may need to select "Run" twice depending on your system. If you are not sure what Key you own, or want to check to see if you have already downloaded this update, go to the "Help" tab at the top of your MedicKey screen, and choose "About This Key". |
